I would recommend them for your project too.Unique Remodel recently recoated the flat surface on the roof of my house. A very necessary for home maintenance in the desert southwest. The Unique Remodel crew arrived on time and quickly went to work. The first day was power washing the roof. The seconday was to apply two coats of the special sealer. The whole project went quickly and smoothly. The really good part was, there are solar panels on the roof. The crew was very careful to work around the solar panels to ensure no damage to the panels while expertly applying the coating. I'm completely happy with the work by Unique Remodel and I will be using them again for my next home project.
