Cris did a fantastic job on a new primary bathroom. He is professional, thorough and responsive. We have done 4 remodeling projects with other companies and Cris and his team are the best we have worked with. We're already planning a kitchen remodel with Cris.

Cris and crew did an amazing job, even tackled some some side projects and surprise demo with no objection or fee! I was picky with some of my fixture details and Cris was able to explain and address anything I asked about. The crew was always very clean and surprisingly quiet and knocked out our bathroom remodel quite quickly. Will use Unique Remodel again as we age into our new house!

Cris with Unique Remodel did an outstanding job on our whole-house remodel. He guided us through each phase of the project and made the process feel organized and manageable from start to finish. His employees and subcontractors were professional, skilled, and great to work with. The job was completed on time and met our expectations. I would highly recommend Unique Remodel for all your home improvement needs.

Cris is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with! He and his team are not only phenomenal at what they do, they are also punctual, respectful, detail-oriented, and excellent at communicating. We have now completed major home renovations at two different properties with Unique Remodel and both have turned out absolutely beautifully! From custom cabinetry to impeccable tiling and everything in between I cannot recommend this company enough!

I don’t often take the time to publicly recommend a contractor, but after working with Unique Remodel on two different homes, they have absolutely earned the recommendation. Our first project was primarily a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We were so pleased with the experience and the finished product that when it came time to tackle a second property—this time a whole-home remodel—there was no question that we wanted to work with Unique Remodel again. The quality of the work has been excellent, but what really sets them apart is everything that comes along with it. They listened to what we wanted, understood the vision, and were able to bring it to life. Communication was professional throughout both projects, the work areas were kept orderly, and they cleaned up after themselves. Just as importantly, they were always respectful of our home and our family while they were working in it.Being in real estate, I have worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I can tell you that finding someone who combines quality craftsmanship with great communication, professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for the people and property they are working around is surprisingly rare.Unique Remodel delivered all of those things—not just once, but through two very different projects. My only wish is that I could convince them to travel! I have projects in other real estate markets and would happily fly them around the country if I could. That probably says more about how highly I think of their work than anything else I could write. If you’re considering a remodel, I can wholeheartedly recommend Unique Remodel.

We had an amazing experience with Cris and his team as they helped transform our master bathroom. They did all the demo, updated the plumbing, and installed a new tub, shower, and tile. Unique Remodel has my highest recommendation.
