Cris and his team at Unique Remodel did an amazing job renovating our home. They tiled our bathroom and shower, added a shower door, installed new flooring, and most impressive of all converted our wood burning brick fireplace to electric with porcelain tile. Everything looks beautiful! The tile work in the bathrooms looks perfect, the new floors are great, and the fireplace is now the best part of our living room.I was initially leery, and honestly a bit nervous, about undertaking a major renovation of my home. I shopped around and received five quotes for the project. Cris made me the most comfortable that Unique Remodel would do quality work at a fair price. Unique Remodel painted a wainscott on my stucco front wall. The job was more complicated than most, but the skill of the Unique Remodel craftsman produced a beautiful result. I've used Unique Remodel for several projects and each time the results have been spectacular. I would recommend them for your project too.Unique Remodel recently recoated the flat surface on the roof of my house. A very necessary for home maintenance in the desert southwest. The Unique Remodel crew arrived on time and quickly went to work. The first day was power washing the roof. The seconday was to apply two coats of the special sealer. The whole project went quickly and smoothly. The really good part was, there are solar panels on the roof. The crew was very careful to work around the solar panels to ensure no damage to the panels while expertly applying the coating. I'm completely happy with the work by Unique Remodel and I will be using them again for my next home project.
