We had Simple Service Pros clean our living room area rug. Sean and Daniel were awesome. Besides being professional, careful, and thorough, they were super nice. When they left our rug looked like a new rug, and the room smelled SOOO clean. It’s a Christian company, which aligns with our values. While we were talking it came up in the conversation that my husband is having some health issues, and Sean asked if he could pray with us! While I realize that has nothing to do with the amazing job they did on my rug, it just meant a lot to me!! I will DEFINITELY use them again and will be recommending them to anyone who needs their rugs or carpet cleaned!!

Great overall experience. The wife spilled coffee on our beige colored couch, so we took the opportunity to have that as well as our carpeting in the bedrooms cleaned. Sean was our technician and was highly professional, took time to be clear about what we wanted done, and was very respectful of our home. In these times we currently live where customer service and care is rare, this company has it in spades. Our carpeting looks great and our couch is like new again. Highly recommend, would use again and will tell friends about this experience.
