I don't often use the phase "above and beyond" but I am so impressed with Anthony and his team. We called him completely desperate when our steam boiler system died. He made huge strides to get out to us rapidly and get us back up and running super quickly. He was so patient with me (and lack of any experience with this type of heating system) explaining every step of every repair and option we had. The work was completed quickly and seamlessly. He was so respectful in my house - keeping things clean and flooring areas covered. Very trustworthy and honest - HIGHLY recommend for exceptional work, fair pricing and above and beyond service.

We were referred by the fireplace company that we were working with and we were very pleased with their work. Prompt, professional, considerate and very clear explanation of job to be done. Nittany Mechanical recently installed gas lines for two gas fireplace inserts in our home. Scheduling and communication was easy, and Andrew and Joe were friendly during the estimate process. Their pricing was also very reasonable. They had to reschedule because of bad winter weather, but they were able to fit us in sooner than expected. They communicated with the other contractors who are involved in the project.On the day of installation, they brought 4 people to do the work so they could be as efficient as possible. All 4 guys were respectful, professional and friendly. They navigated me, my 70-year-old dad, my 5-year-old daughter, my cat, and my house cleaner with respect and grace. Last but certainly not least, they did a fantastic job with the installation. It was not an easy task, but they took it seriously and planned every move carefully, keeping me informed and asking for my permission any time they had to make a tough decision along the way. The work looks very professional and clean. They also cleaned up after themselves and put all the furniture back into place when they were done. After the work was done, I had a question and Anthony continued to be very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Anthony and his company.

Nittany Mechanical installed a water softener, rerouted the water lines to our outside faucets to bypass the softener, and added separate shutoff valves for those lines. Additionally they, installed a Moen Flo valve for leak detection and remote control of the main supply - something I have wanted for a long time. This was a well planned and executed job. The valving was configured to allow easy servicing in the future - should it be necessary, and everything is easily accessible eliminating the need to go to the crawl space to winterize the hose bibs.The crew arrived precisely at the agreed upon time, completed the work efficiently and neatly and left our home as clean as it was when they started. Additionally, any time there was a question about a detail, I was consulted to ensure things were done to my satisfaction.I am very pleased with Nittany Mechanical and Anthony Denelsbeck, its owner and main plumber/mechanic.Anthony was very responsive during the entire process from quotation to completion. I really like working with a small business owner/operator and never felt like I was being upsold or pressured into buying into a “plan” for preferred prices.

I had the great pleasure to work with Anthony and Kael on a proactive water heater installment. They are a great team and Anthony is a true business leader in the field of plumbing.
