Miss Tasha was amazing for my girl today. She took her time and got my girl evened out. We had a not so great experience at Sharkeys last time with a different stylist that left my daughter with uneven hair that was much shorter than what I asked for. That stylist also tried to blame it on my daughter’s curls coming out after the chop (her hair is barely wavy 🙄). I was reluctant to go back, but thought I’d give it one more shot. Miss Tasha went above and beyond and more than redeemed the negative experience. Another stylist (I believe her name was Anjelica) also did a great job on my son. I saw a bit of a line after she finished and she was happy to go back over it until I was happy with it. It was just a great experience overall and I really appreciate the ladies for their service today.

Tasha at Sharkeys in Lexington Ky was absolutely phenomenal with our son. He has Autism and haircuts are a trigger for him. He screamed and hyperventilated and pushed on her and she never got upset. She was so kind and patient and understanding! I highly recommend Tasha to anyone with a child that has a disability cause you won’t have a better stylist otherwise.

We had the pleasure of having Kristen give my son a haircut. She did amazingly and had so much patience with my son. One of his better haircuts and better experiences. Finally found a place we plan to return to without feeling like a burden.

Hands down, the best hair salon for kids and sweet CJ is absolutely amazing! She’s sweet, funny and talented! We love her! She always gives my Autistic son a beautiful haircut and he always fought haircuts like crazy, till we found Sharkey’s and specifically Miss CJ! I’d give more stars if it’d let me!

Tasha was incredible! Her efficiency made the otherwise "traumatic" experience very manageable. She's firm and quick with both a pair of scissors and a trimmer and wasn't phased by my squirmy toddler. Highly recommend!!!

I came into this place to have someone fix my grandchild's Bangs that were messed up by another salon. Tasha was very quick to fix the problem. My grandchild's bangs look great! She was also informative on what to buy to help control curls in my grandchild's hair
