From receiving the estimate to completion of our project this couldn't have been a better experience.The professionalism, work ethic, and knowledge impressed us beyond expectations. Jay kept us up to date with the progression of permitting to our start date. Andres came out to provide the estimate and walked me through his ideas of what would improve the outcome of our project.Fortino and Andres were here at 8 a.m. on our start date with the crew. Fortino is a true master at his craft. We were really impressed to see Andres and the team work on Sunday to make sure everything was ready for our Monday inspection.I've done several projects over many homes and I feel that I've finally found a team that I can trust. This well kept secret deserves to be known. This is an honest run family business and they take true pride in their work. All of which is evident in the finished product.

We have contracted with Andres Acosta of AA Construction on two separate successful residential build projects. We purchased a rental property in 2020 and hired AA Construction to build a front wood porch and create a stone walkway to improve the home's aesthetic appearance and create additional functional space. We knew early on due to his efficiency and attention to detail that we would work with him when we were ready to build a driveway, carport, garage with loft storage, a back deck, and all landscape including turf, trees, and planting space in May of 2023. Andres is honest and upfront about all aspects of the project. He communicates consistently and is prompt in his response if you have any questions night or day. If there is an unforeseen build challenge, a city permitting issue, or an unknown technical issue that the project is confronted with he will immediately contact you to discuss the options and recommend the best method to overcoming whatever issue comes up. Andres’s crews are hard working, prompt, and experienced. If Andres cannot be there to get something started he will have a project manager in his place but will come check on things the minute he can. Regarding sourcing materials tied to the contract Andres takes the time to make sure he is getting you the best price for the items within the contract. If there is a price differential to the contract line item he will let you know immediately so you can decide how to proceed. Andres is adaptable and has a can-do attitude even when you change the originally agreed upon decision within the scope of work. He finds a way to get it done and to stay on the timeline and budget despite the change. We will use AA Construction for our future construction needs with our rental properties and our own home.
