I joined BCA Fitness just over a month ago, and it’s already made a noticeable difference. As a mum to a very active toddler who spends over eight hours a day in front of a computer (the mum not the toddler :)), finding time and energy for fitness felt like a stretch. But right from the start, BCA has been welcoming, motivating, and completely supportive.Before joining, my fitness background was mainly aerobics and dance, so strength training was new to me. But Dwayne makes it approachable and adaptable, always tailoring exercises to individual needs. I’ve genuinely enjoyed the regular training sessions during the week and look forward to the weekend boxing and circuit workouts—they’re challenging, energizing, and leave me feeling accomplished.Having the private training studio so close to home has also made a huge difference—it’s one less barrier and has helped me stay consistent even on busy weeks.Even after just a few weeks, I’m stronger, more energized, and mentally recharged. If you’re looking for a supportive and effective way to build strength and confidence, BCA is an excellent place to start.
