I've loved my experience at Alloy Bull Creek. The trainers are helpful and encouraging and quick to help or modify an exercise due to injury or (just being old and worn out :-). Seriously, it's nice to have an over 40 crowd to work out with and not feel intimidated by people trying to outdo each other with lifting heavy. I love, love, love the small group fitness training, so there's a friendly environment and social encouragement aspect, but it doesn't feel crowded.

The environment is incredibly comfortable and caring, making it easy to focus on my workouts without any stress. The trainers are attentive, and ensure that I’m not going to hurt myself, While gently pushing me to build strength and achieve my fitness goals. What also sets this place apart are the outside activities with other members. I have loved my experience at Alloy-located at the intersection of Capital of Texas and 2222. The classes of <6 make it essentially feel like personal training. Every single one of the trainers is fantastic and are always offering modifications (whether easier or harder) for each station. Bonus: being down in weight while also being up in muscle mass. Highly recommend Alloy!!
