I was shown a rental property that appeared abandoned — there was no electricity or water, the yard had not been maintained in months, and there were pest issues. During the viewing, I saw what looked like black mold; when I asked, I was told it wasn’t mold. I trusted her judgment and the process, but unfortunately I ended up in a worse situation afterward.I want to note that Kevin from the company was professional and answered my questions clearly. However, based on my personal experience, I would not work with Lin again. She advised that it was okay to send funds via Zelle, which I later regretted.
