EDIT: was able to contact the owner and scheduled a wet test. He was very helpful and friendly. We were quoted a fair price and we did end up purchasing a spa dealing directly with the owner.Original: Drove an hour to see the exact swim spa model they had in stock. Was fully prepared to purchase it once we saw it in person. Once we got there it was full of water, no big deal, we brought swim suits. Wet tests are very common when purchasing these. Nope. The "manager" we were dealing with said no wet test. Fine, asked if they could drain it or if they had a dry model at one of their other locations or a warehouse. Nope. Sorry guys, not dropping $30K on a tub I can't even sit in first.

This is our second pool we have put in with Pool and Spa Outlet. We moved over the past year and called for another pool. Mark is knowledgeable, fair, and so helpful throughout the whole pool process. It’s such a major investment so we wanted to be sure we went with someone we trusted. His follow up is great and he wants to make sure you are happy with the work. He helped to make the process easy and helped to communicate with other contractors involved in the install. We LOVE our pool and highly recommend Pool and Spa McMurray .
