Hello, I'm Ellie the Ruby Cavalier’s mummy. She's a year old and has only been groomed once before. Ellie was very nervous and really didn't like the very little hair dryer. She became quite distressed, so Lizi decided to trim her fur still damp and allowed me to stay to help calm Ellie down. Lizi was very kind and patient and clearly loves dogs and cares about their welfare. By the end of the groom, Ellie was much calmer and happier. As time goes by I'm sure Ellie will no longer find grooming sessions scary and might even be able to enjoy the pampering. I would recommend Lizi and Furever Friends without reservation.
