The whole experience with Recon Technology was a breath of fresh air. A company who really do build a package suited to your requirements and needs, without the unnecessary pressure of irrelevant things. Liam and Dumi were great from the initial request a call section on their website; they were in touch within 15 minutes, which was very efficient. They organised an engineer to attend and survey my 3 bed detached house, once they had an understanding of my requirements. Sahel, the engineer then attended and ran through my requirements and what hardware and things would be included. I was happy and their office then booked me in for the next working day as I needed this ASAP. The install was very smooth, and very very neat. I had no issues with Sahel being in my house, and he kept me updated on each step. I feel so much more protected now in my home, and me and my family are happy to know our assets and each other are that extra bit safer. Having CCTV just allows me to keep an eye on my biggest asset (my home). Thanks guys! Less
