this is my second review but i have to come back to tell people. my life, stress, and mental health has taken a turn for the worse due to life events in the last couple years. this might sound dramatic, but my saving grace is my monthly massage with destiny. its so relaxing, resets my mind to take on the next few weeks, and gives me satisfaction that I'm taking care of myself. destiny and i have built a great relationship, where we talk about our daily lives during the massage, she gives me optimistic feedback on what I'm going through, so she also acts as a friend-apist 🤣 of course you can stay silent and focus on meditation and relaxation, you'll never be pressured to do either! she follows your lead for what will make you feel most relaxed. she's super knowledge and talented. if your body has built up any knots, tightness, soreness - anything, it won't be there when you leave i promise you! I've been going religiously for almost 2 years and i would never skip one. it's important for my physical, spiritual, and mental health. also! she recently partnered with a friend of hers, Christina, who has a body sculpting machine! i was skeptical because... really? does it work? is it a waste of money? there's no quick fix for the problem areas of tummy fat, double chin, etc. but i trust destiny's knowledge of how the body works, and she said it's legit, so i gave it a try. the thermal therapy machine is in the room already and she meets you there. i can see why they're friends, Christina is super nice and also very knowledgeable! she'll explain how it works and answer any question you may have. i asked a million lol. these paddles that are connected to the machine get placed on whatever part of your body you're working on and sit for 35 minutes. they go from super cold to hot. it can be a little uncomfortable but she'll help you talk through it. the wand is the same thing, but she runs it along the area by hand. she'll also do a little lymphatic drainage on the area to jump start the process. immediately after, i saw the results, it was insane. under the chin area tightened up. it was super tight for the next 2 ish weeks, then slowly relaxes but still so much tighter than it was! the tummy takes a few days to see results. i got to the point of "ok the tummy part doesn't work" then one morning i woke up and i could see and feel the difference! i bought a package for 3 more sessions and i can't wait. if you want a package of multiple sessions, there's even an option of payment plans. if you're able to do this, i really recommend it.
