Lumi sin duda superó mis expectativas cuando se anunció cómo el más baby&pet friendly del valle 100/10.Todo el personal súper atento en todo momento y muy amables.La comunicación con el staff es sumamente rápida.Sin duda mi experiencia con mi bebé de 5 meses y 2 golden retrievers fue 5 estrellas. Gracias por recibirnos, la pasamos muy bien. Es la tercera vez que me hospedo aqui, y es la primera vez que dentro del contenedor que me tocó, no había Wifi.Nunca nos pudimos conectar a wifi, estando dentro del contenedor 4.Solo como comentario, era un buen detalle que antes nos recibian con una bebida de cortesía y ahora ya no nos tocó. We had such a peaceful stay at LUMI! The space is beautifully designed with a great balcony to relax and enjoy the views. One of our favorite parts was the sauna—it was such a relaxing touch and new experience!The hosts were super helpful and responsive, offering amazing recommendations for local spots and even providing a list of trusted drivers, which made exploring Valle so easy. We also loved the little breakfast delivered each morning—it was a lovely and thoughtful start to our days.The location was perfect—close to wineries and great restaurants, but still felt tucked away and tranquil. A couple of things to note: the WiFi didn’t work inside the room (only outside), and we wish there had been a mini fridge for leftovers. They do offer fridge space at the office though, which was helpful!Overall, we’d definitely recommend LUMI for a relaxing Valle escape. Would love to come back! Menos
