So professional and polite. I went to get my son’s ebike customized. And not only did they do an amazing job, they were all so friendly. And on top of that we forgot his helmet for him to drive it home and they let us borrow a helmet for him without charging me. I brought it back after we got home. Such kind employees and excellent work on his bike. If I could give 10 stars I would! :)

The team there helped us tune up and service our electric bike. They were friendly and professional. They had us take the bike out after the repairs to make sure it was working well. We had to go back several times, but they were determined to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I will be using them again!

This shop is great! Super friendly staff very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions you have. If you’re looking to rent bikes this is a go to there’s ample parking and the beach is literally a block away, you really can’t go wrong here! Walking my dog through the village, stopped by on a Monday morning. Chatted with Niles abt work I wanted done on my e-bike. Dropped bike off soon after that.We agreed a tune up was a good idea, 6 yr old RadPower bike with 2000 miles on it.Tune up included putting on new tires I had purchased online. Wasn’t in any rush, told him I was good with the idea of a Thursday pickup. Tuesday afternoon abt 4 got a text from Michael, bike done and ready for pickup. Not only was tune up completed and new tires on, Bike looked like new as they had completely cleaned it. I’ll be back for any further needs I might have.

Same old thing at Beachside bikes. And that means everything was great. Always awesome work and I always feel safe on my bike. They’re also really good at improvising. And I like they’re just normal guys and easy to talk to and get information and they’re interested and like what they’re doing. And their tuneups are well worth the money. For safety and getting the bikes back to like brand new. Okey-dokey.
