Sorry for such a bad review but my experience here wasn't the best. Upon my arrival to this place customer service wasn't at its peak. These dudes want to be sassy and bad attitudes. At one point they were rushing me to make a decision to leave bike with them. As a paying customer you should treat the customer with respect even if you have a 1000 questions. I kind of had an idea what was wrong with bike but the workers know more than customer right ! 😅🤦🏾‍♂️ I ended up leaving bike with them to fix a flat and electrical. When I picked up bike I noticed something wrong with bike right away. Mentioned to worker and he said it should be fine. After 3 days of receiving bike from these guys my bike was flat again. I called back to schedule an appointment to repair and worker kept extending wait time for me to repair. Everyday I mentioned he goes they just booked that appointment. So I ended up going to another shop that was a lot closer. What these guys brought to my attention was a HIGH RISK ALERT. So Beachside never mention I've have a ripped brake line and motor was improperly installed which cause flat. The pictures that I have for a terrible job done. Mind you my scooter goes 75+ and none of these hazards were brought to my attention. It's safe to say I rode without getting injured 🤕 . Just dissatisfied with service and aftermath that I've had to deal with. Make sure to check all your parts be aware.

The staff was extremely helpful and it was an easy transaction to rent the bikes. Bikes were in good shape and we rented a baby trailer for a 9 month old. It was all great. The location was right next to the strand

So professional and polite. I went to get my son’s ebike customized. And not only did they do an amazing job, they were all so friendly. And on top of that we forgot his helmet for him to drive it home and they let us borrow a helmet for him without charging me. I brought it back after we got home. Such kind employees and excellent work on his bike. If I could give 10 stars I would! :)

Im sure they're great but be careful when using their online booking. Its goes through an AI, and the times don't always get passed to the actual shop personnel (I showed up for a 1pm booking to a locked shop with an out-to-lunch sign)

Beachside Bike Rental in Redondo Beach, is a awesome place to rent a Beach Bike. Isaac, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable on what type of bike would be right for me. Thank you Isaac for making fy day on the strand enjoyable.

The team there helped us tune up and service our electric bike. They were friendly and professional. They had us take the bike out after the repairs to make sure it was working well. We had to go back several times, but they were determined to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I will be using them again!

This shop is great! Super friendly staff very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions you have. If you’re looking to rent bikes this is a go to there’s ample parking and the beach is literally a block away, you really can’t go wrong here! Will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future!
