Carlos came out to our house several times over the course of 2 years inspecting our roof and waiting for the perfect time to submit a claim- we had experience with a different roofer before we met Carlos and the difference was night and DAY. Carlos was so patient, never missed a meeting he said he would be at, got our roof covered by our insurance without a hitch and was great at communicating with us the entire time. When the day came to get our new roof installed, his team went above and beyond replacing 7 boards, cleaning everything up (didn’t even look like they had been there!) and even going as far as painting some metal strips above our garage shingles that used to be black, but had turned silver in the sun just so it would look nicer. The customer service is unparalleled! No competition, no question. If you have a roof issue, you won’t find anyone else out there more hardworking or honest than Carlos and his team. Hands down.

I wanted to shout out to Galaxy Roofing company. Thanks to Joe Harris, Carlos and his contractor. Joe H helped us through insurance process after some hail damage to our roof. Joe met with the adjuster to make sure the damage was properly noted. The contract process was smooth and I was particularly thankful the crew showed up on time and ready to work at 7am. They carefully covered all the plants to avoid any damage and cleaned up all the possible nails. I was very impressed that they were able to get the job done and have my house back within one day.Thank you!

Carlos and his team are amazing! They work with the properties that I manage and have done everything from inspections to total reroofing jobs. Constant and clear communication and pricing.
