We are having a sunroom put in and we could not be happier with Odyssey Contracting. From the moment we started this process their customer service has been exemplary. They listen, they are kind and thoughtful and we have felt taken care of every step of the way. Now that we are coming to the end of this project we are seeing how wonderful the work and care has been. The room is beautiful and we are thrilled. My experience with Odyssey was not great, multiple miscommunication, delays, and bad customer service by 1 key employee. Having said this, once I reached the top of the chain of command, my issues were resolved satisfactorily. Although the process was not pleasant, the results were good, pleased with the end results of all work done.
