I can't say enough good things about HV Colonial Flooring! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.Alex and Carlos were outstanding to work with. They installed hardwood flooring throughout my house, and carpeting in the bedrooms. They were knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and made the entire process easy from the very beginning. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the project, and genuinely cared that I was happy with the final result.They had no issues with moving any heavy furniture items (many companies charge extra for this!), and because my floors were not completely level, Carlos actually went under the house to check the beams and took pictures to make sure all was good before proceeding with leveling and installation. The customer service was exceptional, and frankly, a breath of fresh air! In today's times, this level of customer service is truly hard to come by.The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and their attention to detail shows in their work. Colonial did our entire 2,650 sf house in Natomas Park. We ran into an issue with the initial luxury vinyl we picked, but they stood behind their reputation and helped us find another laminate product, removed several rooms of flooring already installed and put the other flooring with no questions asked and no asking for more money. I am in the contracting business and that is a rare thing! Floors looked great and everyone who saw it was impressed.Steve

HV Colonial Flooring did a very nice job replacing my outdated carpet with vinyl plank flooring in November of 2025. I went to many different flooring stores around my area (Fairfield, Vacaville, Sacramento) and decided to go with HV Colonial because of their knowledge, honesty and fair pricing.My house was built in 1970 and the cracked concrete slab was less than ideal for laying plank flooring. Carlos and Alex made sure I knew about this after preparing the surfaces and leveled everything out prior to installing the vinyl flooring. The baseboards were cut and caulked beautifully and the whole place looks brand new!As a manager of over 70 (other people's) properties, I have seen every type of flooring job- good, bad, and everything in between. Carlos' family took their time and made sure the floor was installed properly. Throughout the process, they were very professional and communicated to me when they would arrive and when they were leaving each day. When the job was done, they left my house very clean. Their work is among the best I've seen and their pricing for product and installation was the lowest. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for my next project!

This family-owned business gets five stars from me!! They did a beautiful job on my new carpeting. I gave them very short notice but they worked me into their schedule to meet my timeframe. Highly recommend and I will use them again.
