HV Colonial Flooring did a very nice job replacing my outdated carpet with vinyl plank flooring in November of 2025. I went to many different flooring stores around my area (Fairfield, Vacaville, Sacramento) and decided to go with HV Colonial because of their knowledge, honesty and fair pricing.My house was built in 1970 and the cracked concrete slab was less than ideal for laying plank flooring. Carlos and Alex made sure I knew about this after preparing the surfaces and leveled everything out prior to installing the vinyl flooring. The baseboards were cut and caulked beautifully and the whole place looks brand new!As a manager of over 70 (other people's) properties, I have seen every type of flooring job- good, bad, and everything in between. Carlos' family took their time and made sure the floor was installed properly. Throughout the process, they were very professional and communicated to me when they would arrive and when they were leaving each day. When the job was done, they left my house very clean. Their work is among the best I've seen and their pricing for product and installation was the lowest. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for my next project!
