Here's what to expect: Thai massage is not for everyone, it's not your normal flimsy massage these trained masseuses are going deep using their body weight and body to stretch your muscles (think deep tissue meets stretch lab). *do your research* Be prepared to feel a bit uncomfortable but trust me at the end you'll feel like a kneaded pretzel. You have no choice but to let go of all that tension your body is holding. Result: By the end Kit and I had a good laugh and I just wanted to cartwheel out of there. Instead I enjoyed the warm tea she had waiting for me when I left on a rainy afternoon and went home and had an amazing relaxed nap. Less
