I have been working out with Glen for over a year and he is an excellent trainer and motivator. As a pretty fit guy in his late forties, who thought he knew a thing or two about training, I have been consistently amazed how much I have improved under Glenn's tutelage. He has truly helped me break my kettlebell fitness plateau, and is helping me transform me from a kettlebell enthusiast into a kettlebell athlete. If it were not for Glenn's most thoughtful and effective instruction, I would have never been able to handle two 24kg kettlebells after less than three months of training (I am 5.9 and 155Lbs) In short, Glenn is a great coach and I am truly hoping his business and approach to training gets the recognition it deserves! I've done tons of different workouts but immediately I knew that kettlebell personal training with Glenn was the best decision I've ever made. The workout is fun, yet intense, and after every session, I feel strong and accomplished. Glenn is knowledgeable and motivating and even though it is a distance session, there is no room to slack off and I feel like he is right there with me. I highly recommend F3 to anyone looking for a great workout that won't bore you and one where you leave feeling like you can conquer anything!

Glenn gave me, a complete novice, a great introduction to kettlebells. He provided clear instructions with careful attention to form and offered a variety of routines. He followed up after the lesson with an email summary of important points. I recommend him enthusiastically.

After "training" on my own throughout most of the pandemic, I hit a wall and was worried about injuring myself as I tried to incorporate more advanced kettlebell movements into my routine. I have tried a lot of different workout routines in the past and have had several trainers. I never liked to exercise but knew it to be a necessary evil. With Glenn, I look forward to our training time and don't mind the "homework" between sessions. I also have realized weightloss, better endurance, and size reduction in less than a month. Not only is Glenn an awesome trainer, but he's also a talented mixologist! I signed up for one of the virtual mixology classes and everything came to me pre-paxkaged in a cute little gift bag. I learned to make awesome cocktails and had so much fun! Highly recommend!!
