Regular customer at La Bello, the food is always outstanding.When I arrived I said I had a booking and the guy just walked off, I didn't know if I supposed to follow him or not. He found the book he was looking for then, so I followed and he showed me to the table.They could really do better at welcoming customers when arriving.The service is not great, they gave us the wrong drinks, and our table ordered a bowl of chips to go with dinner, they bought a bowl of rice out twice and said this is what we ordered, by the time we did get the bowl of chips we had finished our meals.

ordered online for pickup tonight and due to a technical difficulty they had to re-make my order, hayden’s service was great. he informed us of the situation and offered us a beverage while the pizzas were re-made.when the pizzas were ready hayden brought them to us but saw that i hadn’t finished my beverage yet, he then offered to keep the pizzas warm for us while i finished it.hayden you true blue legend good on ya mate.

We are regular customers who really enjoy the variety of well prepared food and the ambiance. The staff are always courteous and nothing ever seems to be a problem for them in our experience.The only down side which occurred recently was during the middle of our meal, a table was being cleared off next to us. The person cleaning the table used a cleaning spray which drifted to our table and all we could smell was the disinfectant spray. Maybe think about a different way of cleaning while adjacent customers are eating. I hope this can be rectified.Otherwise highly recommended.

We love this beautiful Pizzeria in Faulconbridge, the atmosphere is great like you are in Europe. The food is always amazing, service is great. We definitely recommend it 👌

The food is delicious and fresh. Ordering with the QR code is easy.The service of the food was a bit slow (but it was a public holiday and a couple of large groups).I’ve given a 4 star on service as our pizza came out first snd was almost entirely eaten by the time the salad came out quite a while later. Both were delicious 😋. Definitely a nice restaurant to visit.

Each time we have eaten in we have been very impressed.The kids menu is great and the staff are willing to make adjustments if needed in that area. The size of meals both kids and adults are substantial.It is good that in a group you can easily pay separately through the scan and pay online or alternatively order and pay at the counter.The venue is spacious and has great character. The staff are very polite and professional in their manner. It’s wonderful to have such a lovely restaurant close to home.Parking is also readily available to the rear of the restaurant.Take away / home delivery is also great and would recommend.
