Joe is the greatest at this. As my first time buying a house, there were probably a couple houses he pointed out to me that was higher than my budget and he saved me from it, and he worked with me to find the right house within my budget range. I highly recommend any homebuyers to work with Joe. Need a really good agent too? Look up Hassan Makhzoum on Zillow, that man will make sure that you're getting a good house. Very great experience with these guys, wish I could do more than just 5 stars.

Where do I even begin, everything was made so easy for me by Steve Caldwell! We started looking for our house a bit sooner than we where ready to actually purchase, still Steve was extremely patient and tentative from the first time we where in contact with him. He guided us through the entire process and made it extremely palatable and easy to understand.
