For a purchase of this size, customers reasonably expect durability, quality workmanship, and reliable after-sales support.Unfortunately, after only about one year of normal residential use, multiple issues began to appear. Cabinet doors developed defects, and the quartz edges chipped easily under ordinary kitchen use. Even light contact at corners resulted in visible damage.For comparison, we previously lived in a newly built home for five years with no such problems. The kitchen there showed none of the early deterioration we are now experiencing after just one year. That contrast alone raises concerns about material quality.The cabinet warranty is two years, and I contacted the company within that warranty period regarding the cabinet defects. Despite this, some claims were denied and labeled as “water/steam damage,” even though the cabinet in question is not near the stove and was used under normal residential conditions.The quartz countertop carries a one-year warranty, which was never clearly disclosed or emphasized during the sales process. For a countertop in this price range, most customers would reasonably expect longer coverage or, at minimum, full transparency at purchase.What has been most disappointing is the lack of after-sales support. Once issues arose, communication became extremely limited. Multiple follow-up emails requesting updates went unanswered for weeks. Only after a public Google review was posted did an email response arrive almost immediately.In that response, the company stated in writing:“We will not continue responding to emails on this matter.”For a project involving nearly $20,000 in materials, declining written communication and effectively closing the discussion is concerning. It gives the impression that once payment is complete, ongoing support is no longer a priority.Cabinetry and quartz countertops are long-term home fixtures, not short-term purchases. Based on our experience, if problems arise, meaningful after-sales service may be very difficult to obtain.I encourage future customers to carefully consider both product durability and the level of support they expect before choosing this company.

Novel Kitchen & Bath was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about their product. I needed to purchase various random cabinetry pieces to complete our kitchen renovation after having to fire our contractor for horrible work. Ilgar was able to help me determine the pieces I needed to order to complete everything and the turnaround time for material delivery was quick. Their customer service was outstanding and the whole process was a breeze. I would highly recommend them.

The thought of renovating my kitchen was terrifying. I thought about disasters, costly mistakes and a wide range of nightmares. I put off the project until my cabinets were hanging by a thread. However, a visit to Novel Kitchen and Bath assuaged my fears. Marguerite was fantastic! I received “old school” customer service which is rare to find these days. I felt like I was in trustworthy hands. She listened, provided material options, thoroughly explained the process and was accessible every step of the way. Andre and his construction team were excellent! They arrived each morning on time and with a smile. They worked throughout the day, were attentive to every detail, and cleaned up afterwards leaving a beautifully renovated kitchen from top to bottom, completed on time, as promised. I am over-the-moon happy with the results! Now I’m ready to tackle other projects. I won’t hesitate to reach out to Novel Kitchen and Bath again.

We found Novel when driving down route 18, not really looking to go cabinet shopping. We were in the early stages of planning a bar area in our home. Fast forward a few months, and Marguerite helped us put the finishing touches on the cabinetry after coming back and sitting down with her for a few hours to complete the design. She understood our needs and was a pleasure to work with. On install day, Andre was very professional and did an amazing job putting everything together. I would definitely recommend Novel kitchen & bath to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchen. We received an amazing service from Marguerite McCluskey, senior designer. My husband and I need to renovate our master bathroom (which was old, ugly with a big unused jacuzzi) At the beginning I was skeptical, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Marguerite helped us amazingly! She helped us with the design of our vanity, helped us to choose the best countertop, we chose quartz that matched perfectly with our shower and floor tiles. Marguerite gave us a lot of suggestions and valuable practical tips, which we gladly used. She was on a top of everything, was always in contact with us via email and phone calls. The project was done in a timely manner and a great quality. I discovered Novel Kitchen & Bath through a Google search while we were still uncertain about renovating our kitchen. However, Marguerite ‘s thoughtful design plan convinced us to move forward with the project. We only had 2 main requests: a lot of storage and an island, though we weren’t sure if our existing space could accommodate an island. Marguerite exceeded our expectations on both counts.
