Waited 6 weeks for an appointment, organised for my daughter to be looked after just so a 3M rep could have coffee with the dentist in my scheduled appointment. Such a disappointment and waste of time.

I went in with tooth ache and I thought I needed a filling. They did xrays and checked my teeth. They told me my teeth were good and there were no signs of any damage, cracks or holes. Apart from needing a clean which due to the lockdown restrictions they could not do at the moment.There was some sensitivity to cold which was normal. Well you would feel pain to if someone put a frozen assuming liquid nitrogen cotton tip on your teeth one at a time. The dentist then went and got a more experienced dr in who said everything looked fine and to check my last xrays (2014). Then she left the room. Suddenly the younger dentist informs me there may be an infection in the tooth (no evidence of this) or nerve pain due to pressure on the tooth. I need a root canal to save the tooth ($1000 and 3 visits) or a tooth extraction but I wont be able to eat on that side of my mouth again as I wont have enough teeth there. She did not like it when I questioned why 5 minutes ago she said my teeth were fine and now suddenly she comes up with all of this. I said no to having anything done- why do uneccesary work or pull a healthy tooth. She wanted to book me in for another appointment in a weeks time and headed out the door. I had to hurry to catch up with her. I declined any further appointments. Basically they could not find anything wrong and tried to get money out of me for work that I clearly did not need. Was there for 20 minutes and cost me $185, Will not be going back anytime soon.

good experience Dr. Monica very good and very friendly Dentist and her assistant, did not feel any pain, very satisfied, I'm 100% to recommend her.

Just for a x-ray and 5 minutes talking with dentist, that was all and paid $131!!!! Unbelievable! Government should do something for this sector. Nobody can afford it! Thats why too many people hanging around without teeth in their mouth! Sorry! Not happy!
