I ran into her twice this financial year and coughed up almost $450 even though I'm a poor renter who struggles to make ends meet. I used to visit dentists in Sunbury who were cheaper and didn't need me to come back every six months. Instead they encouraged me to come once a year and this clinic was a bulk billing one I think. Going to the dentist has always been enough for me to have a anxiety attack, I’m not afraid of much but the dentist like most, has me running for the hills. Dr. Jeremy and his nurse from my very first appointment have had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced, they worked out how stressed I was and made me feel comfortable and even held my hand through procedures ( most dentists have told me to grow up). I defiantly have to call out that Dr. Jeremy singing during procedures has the most calming effect on me, otherwise I most probably would never have gone back to see him again. I’m not sure whether it’s his singing and bedside manner or the brilliant work his done on my teeth that keeps me going back. I highly recommend Dr Jeremy his the best dentist I’ve ever has the pleasure of meeting and as for his voice you need to hear it for yourself. Before arriving to my apt I experienced a high degree of trauma through an incident and called to advise I’d be late. That was not a problem and on arrival the staff were very understanding and professional. I met Dr Ben for the first time through a referral from a friend. I have only ever had traumatic experiences with Dentists. Given how complex my physical and mental health is I am generally dismissed very quickly, not in this case. Dr Ben was positive, compassionate, very knowledgeable, kind and explained the various options I had moving forward. He did not rush me and I felt comfortable with a Dentist for the first time. It is very evident his patients health and well-being are his number be priority. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a manner which is easily understood. Less
