Pest situations are distressing and it was such a relief when Modest answered my panicked call late at night, and was there the next day to sort the situation out. Also had an unpleasant experience with another larger firm, dealing with the headache of unresponsive customer service, etc. MA Pest Control is a small business, where you're dealing with a real human who works very hard and shows up. I really felt like he went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about fixing my situation. I'm very grateful!

He came out quickly, his pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding. He took the time to identify and get to the root of our mice issue and explained everything clearly, including how to prevent it moving forward. Highly recommend!
