A very bad agency. They don’t respond to any communication. They don’t even get the basic fundamentals correct. They failed to review the scheme description and therefore were unaware they that they were responsible for maintaining the significant tree on our lot. They were supposed to do arborist reports biennially, but this had never been done. The roots have now grown into our sewer pipes due to their negligence and adoption of a nuisance. They have refused to reimburse us and we will not doubt have to take legal action to get them to take responsibility.

I rented my house out through Munro Property Group for the last 6 years and I can't recommend them enough. Everything was taken care of and communication was on point. I loved having Emma as my agent and will certainly love to have her look after my next Property in the future. If I could give less than one star I would. Even the managing director ignored all calls and emails from me this year. These people are completely and utterly unprofessional. So happy this industry is getting a shake-up. And then Munros have the audacity to keep emailing ‘How did we do??’ Surveys.
