There are so many good things to say about Lorena, I don’t even know where to start!!! It’s been an absolute pleasure having her help me in the buying process. Firstly, she is a Miami expert. She knows everything about every single neighborhood, and can give advice that goes way above and beyond basic real estate advice. She went out of her way to give me tons of extra info on what there was to do in each neighborhood. She was also really good at understanding what was important to me as a buyer, and helped me find the perfect place to match what I was looking for. Lorena has so much technical knowledge, and was able to give me info on condos, renovations, and on aspects unique to the buying process in Miami. Most importantly though, Lorena is super on top of timelines and gets things done. She puts a major emphasis on educating buyers through every step of the process, from lending, to inspections, to insurance, to contracts, and much much more.
