We had my aunt's funeral here June 14th everything was peaceful the people were very nice and helpful my auntie looked as if she was sleeping everything was amazing I spoke with Jose the whole time he helped my family with everything the staff also spoke at my aunt's funeral they prayed with us and over us if I could give it 100 Stars I would thank you so much for everything we appreciate you for keeping our minds at ease and being able to have a wonderful service and trusting you with our loved one 🫶🏽

Bueno primero quiero desir que la communicacion entre las personas en la oficina era un solo discontrol yo tenia que estar llamando a cada rato por que no me tenian enformados se decia una cosa y luego otra y estava bien confundida .aparte de eso yo le mande la foto de mi ser quierido como yo lo quiera ver y les pide que me cortaran su pelo su barba y su unicorno d cejas nada de eso paso cuando yo lo mire llore de coraje por que no me lo arreglaron como yo se lo pide.pienso que debe de ver mas communicacion y que hablen y confirmen que todo esta bien antes de mandarlo ser algo por que si yo supera que no tenian a segun que lo que me decia nada de que yo pide su pelo cortado yo uvera dicho.y la verdad uno esta pagando mucho dinero y para que no me quede feliz como el se mirava. The actual in person service was absolutely top notch. They were compassionate, helpful, present, and in generally just very helpful on a very difficult day.The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that they were difficult to get a hold of on the phone, which can be frustrating. That is the only complaint I had with them, the actual service was performed wonderfully and they handled the coordination with the transportation and floral companies very well.
