⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had Maverick Roofing replace the underlayment on my tile roof, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.From the beginning, JT was professional, responsive, and straightforward. His estimate was detailed, competitively priced, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.Like any major construction project, we had a couple of unexpected issues arise. Before the roofing work even began, a third-party delivery company accidentally damaged one of our raised garden boxes while delivering materials. Although it wasn’t Maverick Roofing that caused the damage, JT immediately stepped in, coordinated directly with the delivery company, and handled the entire process to make sure we were fully reimbursed. I never had to chase anyone down or figure it out on my own.During the roofing project, a roofing staple punctured an older refrigerant line running beneath the roof deck. Even though there were questions about the location of the line and whether it met current code requirements, JT focused on taking care of his customer rather than looking for ways to avoid responsibility. He stood behind the project and offered to make things right, which says a lot about his integrity and the way he runs his business.The roofing crew was courteous, hardworking, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent, and I always felt informed about what was happening.No contractor can promise that every project will go perfectly, but the true measure of a company is how they respond when something unexpected happens. Great communication; excellent and efficient workmanship. They also gave good options and recommendations when making decisions. As a bonus, their pricing was better than other quotes we received. They also helped us navigate the insurance company quagmire. Very pleased all around.

JT of Maverick roofing was excelent and tailored the quote to exactly what we needed and wanted. They was able to quickly bring our old roof to code and effectively worked with us to solve issues specific to our roof like discontinued tiles and previous repairs. As well as paid for stucco repairs to the house to rectify issues encountered during installation. We are very happy with our new roof!

I highly recommend Maverick Roofing for your roof replacement, after the Storm and Wind damage at my house JT was not high pressure sale like the dozen of other roofer hitting you up , when your in a midst of disbelieve that your roof was just blown off. They worked around my time schedule and worked with my insurance company that didn't want to pay out for a full roof replacement. Although with true integrity, patience the roof was fully replaced with his crew and craftsmanship and hard working ethics. They went over and beyond to help me fix my leaking patio roof which was not even part of the Storm damage.So yes, if you need a quality roofing company with Integrity, quality workmanship I would highly recommend Maverick Roofing.

JT at Maverick Roofing was very patient about reassuring this old gal when my roof was damaged by high winds.He even took time away from his own family before the holidays to tarp down the worst damage when rain threatened prior to the actual roof repair.He walked me thru the whole insurance process and once approved, replaced my entire roof in a day.And it’s BEAUTIFUL!I couldn’t be more pleased.
