Just got my windshield replaced at Exclusive this morning- their customer service was beyond expectations as well as super quick getting not only my quote [and the best total price I was able to find!] but also follow up phone call from the woman at the front desk (didnt catch her name but she is awesome!!) to schedule/confirm my appointment time for the very next morning, so no wait time....They accomodated me even though I was very late for my appt and the installation itself was still done before I could even finish my lunch across the street- which is exactly what I needed since my windshield was completely smashed! The way I see it, Exclusive gave me back my freedom now that I can not only drive again period but drive safely & without risking getting pulled over, too! My mom has a Mercedes-Benz C 300 it’s a 2011. Originally they gave us a price for a broken window because my mom thought maybe her window had shattered inside the window frame. But Alicia’s husband checked everything thoroughly and realized that it was my mother‘s window regulator. So, I walked in and there was nobody in the front office but the door to the shop was open. I peeeked in and saw a woman installing tint on a back window.
