Greg Atkins helped me and my wife refinance our home back in 2020, and when I say helped, I mean he took the time to put together a well mapped out forecast as to what we would be looking at amongst other things. We were hesitant, as like many other people we would rather listen to other people’s opinions then the facts laid out in front of us by a professional. Greg put together a very detailed presentation, explained IN DETAIL the information we needed in order to make a well informed decision about moving forward with the refi. It was the best decision we made as we managed to get our 30 year mortgage with a rate of 3.7 down to a 2.6. Greg helped my wife and I refinance back in 2020. He was very up front & hands on with getting all our paperwork together. He helped us the best rate possible at that time. We were able drop down from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage. Also able to take money out to do some upgrades to our house. Wish I could do 10/10 stars. Highly recommend him!
