I came in as a new patient with a broken tooth and an abscess so bad, my face was swollen and my eye had started turning black and blue. It was bad. Three of us had been calling everywhere, trying to find somewhere that wouldn’t break the bank but also wouldn’t treat me like trash the second I walked in.This place was different. From the moment I stepped in, I was treated like a person — not a paycheck, not a problem. The woman at the front desk was kind and down-to-earth. No judgment, no attitude. Just help.I was brought back quickly, given X-rays, and the staff actually took the time to explain what was going on. No rush, no cold medical lingo. Just real talk about what needed to happen and why.And something that really stood out to me — I’m heavily tattooed. I’m used to people getting weird about it or acting standoffish, especially in places like this. But not here. The team in the back was curious in a kind way, not uncomfortable or judgmental. They treated me with respect the entire time. That hit me hard. The office itself was clean and beautiful, but it was the people that made the difference. I walked in looking like hell, expecting to be ignored or talked down to — and instead, I got care, honesty, and dignity.10/10 recommend. They went above and beyond what I ever expected.
