My Dentist of West Lake Worth

Let me preface this by saying I hadn’t been to a dentist in years due to a very bad experience, so I walked in nervous and filled with anxiety. From the moment I arrived, every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and patient — and that made all the difference.
I have a terrible gag reflex, and the technician who took my X-rays was exceptional. He worked quickly and used techniques I didn’t even know existed — numbing my tongue and trying salt to help me through it. What impressed me most was that the staff communicated with one another: by the time I needed Invisalign photos taken, the woman handling them already knew about my gag reflex. She coached me to breathe through my nose, paused whenever I needed a break, and never once made me feel bad for needing to stop as many times as I did.
The dentist was equally kind and patient. I was visibly trembling going into my filling, haunted by past experiences, and he calmly reassured me I was safe and in good hands. He ensured the area was fully numbed before doing anything, and kept the mood light with gentle humor until I stopped shaking. I closed my eyes, and before I knew it, it was done — the filling is seamless. He also took the time to walk me through everything on my X-rays and outline a clear treatment plan.
I had originally not planned to see the hygienist that day, but a last-minute cancellation opened a slot and, since I was already numbed, they asked if I’d like to begin my deep cleanings. I agreed. The moment I winced, she stopped without hesitation and brought the doctor back in to administer more local anesthetic — no questions asked. She even held my hand during the injection. My comfort was clearly their priority throughout.
The entire team was top tier — from the office manager who thoroughly explained the treatment plan and payment options, to the front desk staff who gave me a warm welcome. They were also mindful that I needed to leave by 5:00 PM and made sure we stayed on track.
For the first time in a long time, I’ve found a practice that will actually make me want to keep up with my six-month cleanings. I may still feel nervous going in, but I know I’ll be safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I would recommend this office wholeheartedly.
