We haven’t had them coming out enough to give them a real review but I can say this as a home health professional myself.They are very unprofessional because they call late the night before to schedule the next day. I take care of my uncle who is bed bound, paralyzed from a stroke on one half side of his body and has no intention of doing anything more. His speech is impaired and he has started showing dementia. Everything they do i do for others but for some reason his insurance thinks I need help. I took care of him for years and even before the stroke he was not mobile and asked me for help with medical decisions. They ask him like he can make the choices and he looks to me. If I don’t intervene on his behalf he thinks I agree and he shakes his head and says yeah even if he doesn’t want the service or he doesn’t understand. He now has physical therapy calling to schedule when that was never discussed with me. I informed him they were coming and he started to panic saying he didn’t want that. I told him he agreed and he is adamant that it is a “hell NO”. I don’t think it is professional to set up services without talking to his healthcare POA and convincing an impaired patient they want something they don’t. They also said they are doing patient education on his health problems but I don’t need education and he can’t remember he ate 5 minutes ago.Since he only had one visit I can update my review after I get a better picture in their services. I really hope it goes up from here.

What a terrible service . My mom full disabled in a wheel chair has them as a service. They have a success rate of less than 50% in sending care givers to show up. Today they had a care giver say she was there and clocked in and lied and never showed up. All we get is a AI called Riley say that nobody showing up go to plan B. You are plan B !!!! Shannon the owner is on vacation seems all the time and when you talk to her it’s like it’s no big deal that a elderly lady and man that cannot walk that needs a care giver daily does not do their job. I 100% want the public to know that this company is terrible and should I be liable for critical neglect they give their clients. The health department will be notified.

This place is absolutely pitiful and unacceptable that y'all are offering 12$ an hour. Working for home healthcare is 16.78$ per hour in Tennessee. Even working in a restaurant makes way more than that. Y'all are low balling for real. That's absolutely unbelievable. I will make sure I post this on your social media accounts and your indeed profile. Plus it's a whole different amount on indeed that you offering. Y'all are absolutely unbelievable and that's probably the reason y'all need so much help because people won't just accept 12$ for that type of job. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I left a review and maybe 10 to 15 minutes later there was a response. It was well written, but clearly the ‘person’ who wrote it did not read my review closely. My issue was not being able to get to a human being. Again the review was beautifully written, but did not provide me an avenue to contact them, which was my original complaint!My conclusion– AI wrote the response to my review, not a real person. Disrespectful!! AI can provide efficiencies, but human interaction needs to be intertwined.BEWARE if this is how they treat potential clients. During the webinar, the presenter made them sound so personable and available for you, but look how I’ve been treated. She must’ve said “contact us” 15 times. Just words.Is this the company you want to trust your important Medicare decision with? I don’t think so.

So I worked here for 2 days and within those 2 days sucked! I wasn’t properly trained none of the clients who I was training with let alone my my trainees knew I was coming. One of my trainees actually left me at the clients house by myself for an hour just to go “get him something to eat”. I feel that this company is very much unorganized and they should get better at being organized! The pay sucks very much and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone except for a college student who the hours work for !

Don't waste your time using this place. They didn't have anyone to work any of my shifts this weekend at all. hardly ever have any staff to cover my shifts. I've noticed a lot of times, I call to see who they'll be sending and they told me the same name for 4 weeks. The caregiver never showed up for any shifts,and if I hadn't questioned why she hadn't been reprimanded or let go,she would still be employed apparently. I've been told to implement my backup plan,which is calling in friends and family to help me because they don't have anyone to work more than they've actually sent caregivers The owner must be greedy in my opinion. I've had a few caregivers when they knew they were quitting anyway tell me they only made $8/hr. In order to make $10/hr they must agree to work 60 hours per week and if you drop below that 60 hours then their pay goes down to minimum wage. I've had people come here who couldn't scramble an egg or make bed right. Be forewarned about this company. I've been stolen from on a couple of occasions. With what they were being paid I imagine it would make some people desperate enough to steal. I had a young lady come to get me to renew my service. She didn't want me to read the contract But insisted on reading it to me. She conveniently skipped over the parts that would be financially detrimental to me and beneficial for them. Please if you're going to consider this service after reading this review, I cannot stress enough to thoroughly read anything they want you to sign. Buyer beware.

I absolutely loved my job and my clients but only got a raise once the whole time I worked for them. Also when ever one else got a bonus for doing the tests on the app. I didn't I just got some kind of lame excuse. I lost my job for doing my clients laundry. She had no money to do it and I thought I was doing a good thing but lost my job. So whoever works there just be careful and make sure you keep track of your hours. But before all that happened it was a good place to work.
