Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Definitely the place to go if you own a Subaru. Prices are very reasonable. Yvonne and the rest of the team were friendly and they even have a shop dog! Highly recommend!

My husband dropped off his car at the beginning of June and picked it up in mid-June. To our surprise, when the owner returned the car, he told my husband that the A/C was no longer working (the original issue had nothing to do with A/C). This was shocking because when we dropped the car off, the A/C worked perfectly—it was blowing ice-cold air even during 90°F+ weather.My husband contacted the owner same day and scheduled an appointment, although it was nearly a month later. During that time, he had to drive the car without A/C through extremely hot summer days. We also noticed that a small figurine that had been glued to the dashboard, a Christmas good luck gift I gave him last year had fallen off. We placed it in the cup holder, planning to glue it back on after the repairs.When we dropped the car off again last week, the owner told us the A/C could be fixed by the next day and that he would call when the car was ready for pickup. We waited all day and never received a call. My husband eventually had to call the shop in the afternoon, only to find out the car was not ready. We both work full-time and did our best to accommodate the garage's schedule, so the lack of communication was frustrating.A few days later, we finally received a call saying the car was ready. We went first thing the Monday morning, hoping to avoid taking additional time off work. Unfortunately, when we arrived, my husband was told the car was actually not ready after all. They had discovered that the radiator fan was not working, ordered a replacement, and now needed to install it. This was never an issue we had experienced before, nor had we seen any warning signs. To make matters worse, the owner had forgotten to call us ahead, we drove across town, wasting both our time and gas for nothing.Later that afternoon, we had to take even more time off work to make another trip across town to finally pick up the car. We paid the additional repair bill and hoped everything was finally resolved.Today, we noticed discoloration on the passenger seat that was not there before. We also found that the dashboard figurine now has mysterious stains on it while just resting in the cup holder.I'm sharing these details simply to provide an accurate account of our experience so others can make an informed decision before choosing this shop. Unfortunately, between the unexpected mechanical issues, the repeated communication problems, the extra trips, and the new cosmetic damage, our experience was disappointing.
