I had Ed do an assessment of my car, in order to help me decide if I would keep it or sell it. Ed knows what he is doing. He was incredibly helpful on some issues I was having with the car and was able to fix them or tell me how to get them fixed (car fob battery). They even negotiated a battery price at the dealership because my battery was still under warranty and needed an upgrade. I felt totally taken care of and look forward to returning. I live an hour away and I will still make that trip in order to have my car taken care of by Element, Ed and Yvonne. The price felt very reasonable , possibly great, especially because Ed did not charge for the assessment, though I offered. I did get a little work done that needed doing which may have resulted in the fee lack of fee for the assessment, but I expected to pay for it. Importantly, I felt well taken care of and not taken advantage of… particularly important as a woman
