An hour and a half before the scheduled appointment, we received a call saying the technician couldn't make it to the appointment. Even after selecting a time via the company's website scheduling system, it took several days to get service confirmation. The website scheduling system isn't accurate, so don't count on that being an indicator of availability. Response times to emails are extremely slow, as it takes a day to get a one-sentence reply. It took so long to get a reply that our first selected date/time wasn't available by the time we got a response, so we made a second selection. They confirmed the day before, but it was still canceled.
