I was very unhappy with My Cleaner. I was quoted $189 but was charged $309. When he was finished - it did not smell clean or look clean. My stains were still there. They had a 30 day guarantee that they would come back out. I called the owner who had an attitude he came and sprayed the stains and said he was done.
