Watching him handle a mid-conversation interruption. Another customer wandered in completely lost, looking for an entirely different company. Adam managed to gracefully guide them in the right direction, smoothly hand them off to a colleague when they started asking unrelated bike questions, and pivot right back to our conversation without missing a single beat. It was a masterclass in customer service acrobatics.I cannot recommend Wasatch E-Bikes or Adam enough. If you want top-tier service (and a seriously fun ride), this is your place!

My wife and I recently purchased two e-bikes from Wasatch E-bikes, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We arrived shortly before closing time, but they never made us feel rushed or pressured to leave. In fact, they stayed almost an hour after closing to walk us through all our options and set us up with a test ride. My husband and his buddy were on the HUNT for a good deal on e-bikes since we got the Utah state incentive for one. They went to a few stores and ultimately chose to purchase from this store because of A: pricing but mainly B: Adam (guy who helped them). Adam was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the bikes/their uses and helped them narrow down what they actually need/didn’t sell them the most expensive bike just because. Adam was fantastic and very helpful. We tested a couple bikes and ended up ordering an Aventon bike. He had it ready the very next day and did all the assembly. He also did several adjustments for us on the bike. Process was very smooth! Thanks again!
