WONDERFUL SERVICE ON TIME SERVICE and Dumpster was great size

Excellent customer service from Lilly at DMC Dumpsters!I reached out to DMC Dumpsters when their website was down, and Lilly went above and beyond to contact me directly and help me get everything arranged. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and patient while we worked out the dumpster size, pricing, payment, and delivery details.She clearly explained the difference between the 10-yard and 12-yard options, gave me the exact cash price, answered all of my questions about what could go in the dumpster, and even made sure my delivery instructions were passed along to the driver. Everything was handled through text, which made the entire process extremely convenient.Lilly made what could have been a stressful process completely painless. She was professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The fact that she reached out personally when the website was unavailable really stood out to me.I would absolutely recommend DMC Dumpsters, especially if their customer service is anything like what I experienced with Lilly. 5 stars all around!
