We just completed a remote closing with National Abstract Company as the seller. It was a challenging closing with several delays outside our control, but working with National Abstract was absolutely fantastic – we are so glad our buyer chose them! On any closing, communication is key, but our closer Rebecca went over and above to keep my wife, myself, and our realtor in the loop. Responses to questions were promptly returned, and when I needed to call into the office I was always taken care of. On one occasion, our closer had to be out of the office and I was worried the process would stall – but her team immediately picked up and kept things going. If I weren't moving out of the area, I would absolutely work with National Abstract again. So thankful for their expertise.
