My wife and I paid off our mortgage on our house, but my wife was worried that we would need more room for my elderly mother if she would ever need to live with us. I agreed and started looking at houses on weekends with her. We then saw a listing for a gorgeous house in Carlisle and my wife set up a viewing with Vinny and Vasiliki. We were astounded at the beauty of the house, the layout of the two-acre property, and the detached three-car garage with a lift. I said, "there is no way we could afford this" but Vasiliki immediately replied, "I have never seen a house of this quality at this price point. Offer what they are asking and WAIVE EVERYTHING!" We did exactly as she said without hesitation and the sellers accepted our offer the next day. Just as Vasiliki thought, the house is built to the highest standards and everything is in perfect condition. We have lived in it now for 10 months and we love it more each day. Vinny and Vasiliki literally made our dreams come true; we have stayed in touch as we consider them to be dear friends for the way they changed our lives.
