We kept hearing a loud snapping sound when we opened and closed the garage door. "Just to be safe" we contacted Maverick to take a look at it. And, we are very glad we did. Part of the main framework had cracked and it would only get dangerously worse. The young man(Logan)was timely and very knowledgeable. He showed us clearly what was going on as well as what needed to be done to fix it. After 20+ years of operation, it was no surprise that there were some signs of wear. Logan also showed us the wear on the motor. We are so grateful for his very kind approach to revealing all that was no longer new. He helped us prevent a major disaster we feel. There must be hundreds of homes here in Sun River that are on the edge of a major disaster after the years of wear. Extra steel structure was added to the door and all was made right. The motor was replaced. And, nylon wheels now have replaced the noisy metal ones. Our garage door no longer makes a sound. All was done in a couple hours and the cost was more than fair.
