I am writing on behalf of my mum, Natalie, and wanted to say a huge thank you to Tania/Tanya for how incredibly accommodating and helpful she was during Mum’s recent move.During the transition between moving out of her old home and into her new one, Mum needed a storage unit, and Tania made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was also incredibly considerate of Mum’s injuries and went out of her way to arrange a unit closer to the entry so it was easier and more accessible for her.It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference during what was already a busy and stressful time for Mum.
