If you need good pest control, these are the people to go to. They're very thorough. They make sure that the job is done correctly. If you're still having any problems with any kind of bugs they will return, no questions asked.I appreciate that they are not only a great local pest control company, they are also very friendly, very helpful. The technician that comes to my home is Charles. He's always so kind, very thorough, very knowledgeable about his occupation. I have had other companies come out and the technicians don't seem to really know much about their field. He is very informative. Always has a smile, speaks very highly of this company and of his employers. You can tell he really enjoys his job. This is a company that deserves its name! The exterminator was top rate and extremely knowledgeable about the particular types of bugs that were getting into my house. He was meticulous in identifying issues inside and outside my home. The owner of the company, John, personally reached out before the appointment and afterwards to ensure I was happy with the level of service. John went above and beyond after I emailed him a question late one night. He called me first thing in the morning. The pricing is fair and service is beyond compare. Both the owner and his employees really listen to my concerns and address them.
