A friend recommended Brandt when we were in the process of purchasing a new home. In the past, we had always used another broker since I thought it would be easiest. Well I decided to give Brandt a call to see if he would even be able to be competitive with the current rates that we are all dealing with. Brandt was so knowledgeable and prompt with his responses and assistance. He was able to get us approved in less than 24 hours! He was able to use the specific lender we preferred, our loan has the terms we wanted, no money down, and a FANTASTIC rate! We even got cash back at closing!
