I arrived and they told me that they couldn’t find the check for my order yet I got charged. After some searching, my order was on the screen they just missed it. I wanted to cancel my order, but the guy had already started making it. No apology for the delay or completely ignoring my order. When I went to eat, my bowl was wrong- they put quinoa instead of rice. Again this is typical. I took a bite and found hair in my food. I called them only to get sent to voicemail twice and another put on hold then hung up on. On my fourth try a girl answered and I explained that I wanted a refund. She said I would have to bring the bowl back (it was in the trash at this point) and she’s not authorized to do anything else. She gave my contact information to the manager, but I genuinely don’t understand how this place has good reviews. The service isn’t good, they neglect online orders, and the food is hairy or always messed up. This place isn’t worth all that trouble. Less
