Carlos made working in a very difficult location look easy. The cleanup was meticulous and thorough. After a tree fell on my roof, I had a few different companies over to give estimates and to perform the work. As it turns out, no one seemed to want to do the work or wanted 60+% down before beginning the work. Communication was bad, And I still had a tarp on my roof after four months.Squatch had replaced the roof for my neighbor, and they did an excellent job, so I called for an estimate. Jim came out and won me over! Here, take my money, Jim.Then when it came time to start the work, the guys were all awesome. They were here a few minutes early and got right to work. And when they were done, they cleaned up any evidence that they were here.The guy in charge, Beau, was so easy to work with! He communicated well and was super friendly. He let me know what was happening during different stages and I never needed to chase him down. He performed his inspection at the end, and then showed me photos of the work. I am so glad he was my guy.Spending a large chunk of money can be so stressful, especially in today’s world, and Squatch took the stress away from me. Thank you all!

The team at Squach roofing is top notch! Jim who inspected our roofing and quoted us was very upfront and honest, and didn’t pressure us to sign when he knew we were getting multiple quotes. Their installer team was fast and very communicative. Not only did they complete our roof in 2 days with a full tear off and repair, but they also did a thorough inspection after with over 50 photos . In addition to that they came out the day after completion and addressed all concerns we had without hassle! I was also very impressed with the quality of the roofing for the price. I look at the other houses in my neighborhood and can’t help but compare how durable our roofing is in comparison.

We had a great experience with our recent roof repair/replacement. Nik, the inspector, was refreshingly low pressure and honest in his recommendations. The foreman, Asher, and crew were attentive, communicated often, and checked in regularly so we always knew what stage the project was in.Once the work was finished, Asher did a detailed inspection and made sure any final touch ups were taken care of. They shared lots of photos that captured the before, during, and after process, which was really helpful and reassuring that the work was done right.The only thing to note is that the project ran a bit longer than expected due to weather, so just keep that in mind. Overall, we were very happy with the service and even recommended them to a family member, who was also pleased.
