We had a major water leak over the weekend in mid-March. Gene, Ethan and Justin were here first thing Monday morning to coordinate and begin the tear out process. They were awesome from the beginning to the end. They understood that this was a stressful experience and did all that he could to alleviate any concerns. After the tear out and the week of drying, they begin the restoration. Justin spent many days here and was very personable and knowledgeable in regards to putting things back together. Also, a shout out to RJ who made things happen as quickly as possible. Can't forget the other Justin, Jamie, and Emma. Justin helped with putting things back together. Jamie worked her magic with painting and cleaning the lower lever bedroom. And Emma did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet after everything was completed. We would highly recommend Floor Tec!!
