I highly recommend Jose Carlos and Suarez Home Remodeling. They did outstanding work on the exterior of my home where I had to replace cedar shingle siding and the soffit. The previous owner of my home had a carpenter that cut a lot of corners that resulted in some serious deterioration. That carpenter used a wood post that was not pressure-treated to resist moisture, nor did the carpenter did they protect the base protected from water. As a consequence, the base of the post had completely rotted away. This post was supporting an overhang on the face of the house. I am lucky that overhang did not collapse. That same carpenter had improperly installed flashing around the chimney and thus rain had rotted the wood there. Under the eaves the soffit was not properly secured and thus had warped in the humid air. My house was a great example of all that could go wrong by using an unqualified carpenter. Jose Carlos helped me to identify all these weaknesses and to set things right. You can employ him and Suarez Home Remodeling with complete confidence.

We were remodeling our bathroom, and the company we hired said we had to fix the window. I called Carlos at 11am and we arranged for him to come and take a look at the repair at 4pm. He came, looked at I and said he could fix it if we had a 2x4. We did, so he fixed it right then! He did a great job and charged next to nothing. Heis a gentleman and a truly nice guy, and I recommend him highly!
