I've never attempted a crm or any of this email web integration stuff before. Mary Sue has been an extremely patient and guiding individual on setting it up and assisting me to get my first email's out as I attempted to grasp the system. I can not recommend her enough!! Mary Sue and Work Smarter Digital has totally transformed by business. I have been able to move from just bumping along and struggling to a systematic way of generating leads and converting. Mary Sue's mantra of "automation is the manifestation of your intention" has become true for me and I am now a believer that systems can allow you to offer much more actual personal attention to your clients. The Work Smarter CRM is perfect for my ambitious dreams/goals. The onboarding for the CRM was group based and led by Mary Sue. Whenever I had a question or rushed to get my first new free resource available through the CRM, Mary Sue was there to help and walk me through the steps. It is a joy to have an all-in-one CRM with real human I can ask questions too. My favorite feature is the ability to text prospects with reminders of our upcoming appointments. To my surprise, it is also my prospects favorite feature as well.

We finally were released from the chains of a software that we'd built content on years ago. We looked at several different tools, but were really drawn to all of the options offered by Work Smarter Digital at a great value. We were able to get rid of several other platforms and run everything under the WSD CRM. Plus we liked supporting another woman owned business. Originally we opted to do the training and set up the software ourselves. The owner Mary Sue provided an amazing training series directly through the platform and broke it down into sections with easy to follow videos so we could jump into the areas we needed to set up first.
