Started using this company two years ago for routine maintenance/checkups. I was very pleased. They have repaired both my furnace and Air. On July 3rd my air went out . Not an opportune time for air conditioning breakdown. They actually scheduled a service appointment for July 4th! Jake was the technician. He's a good guy and very knowledgeable. My equipment was 23 years old and I decided to replace furnace and air conditioner. I feel I got an excellent deal and price, also by Jake. Yesterday, July 10, the new furnace and air were installed by Josh and Brian. They did an excellent job. Can't imagine any better. Boyd HVAC is located in Waynesville. I live in Springbooro. I'm sure they would travel at least in the Dayton and surrounding areas. I believe John Boyd HVAC is an excellent company and well organized. John Boyd should be proud of this company. The company is welcome to comment, especially if I've said something in error. There may be another partner. I've used many big HVAC companies in my area, and this company has won my patronage. Well done!

I first want to say how fast I got a technician dispatched to us! Within a day, with a heads up call they were on their way. Glen and Matt came out, and took no time to diagnose our issue and show me exactly how things worked, and answered my questions with throughly. They took the time to double check every aspect was repaired, and no other issues popped up. Provided helpful tips for maintenance and care without any sales pitch. Easy to talk to gentlemen that I felt I could trust. Respectful of my home, and will be doing business again for any future needs! Thank you all so much!

Ive never seen such an unprofessional work place in my entire life. If you are going to call John's, DONT! I had another company come after an install they did and they found so many things wrong with it they had to fix which cost me more money after already wasting so much on such a poor installation. Go with a different company.
