If I could give Barb and her team 20 stars I would! We had my daughter's quinceañera at Crystal Creek Farm Venue and it was an amazing experience. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was but beyond that...it was also the flexibility and willingness to help and make our event better from the team at Crystal Creek Farm Venue. I could not have booked a better place. From the days leading up to the event and my many excel lists, Barb's patience, to the team work happening on the day of the event and the friendliness of all her team towards our guests. We had the ceremony, cocktail hour and the main event all in one place. It is also a great place for pictures. Our photographer was in love with the place and its beauty. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Elegant, beautiful and led by a great team! I look forward to coming back for my youngest daughter's quinceañera!

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF WE COULD!!! From the first meeting to our wedding day and even after, everything about Crystal Creek Farm was wonderful, perfect, EASY! Barb was fabulous from the moment we met her, kind, thoughtful, attentive. With all the stresses of planning a wedding, Barb and her staff were so helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make our wedding day the “perfect day” We were lucky enough to be the first ceremony on their gazebo with absolutely stunning scenery and enough sun and shade for either preference! Cocktail hour was spent out on the downstairs patio and in the lower level where we had a 6 foot charcuterie set up on their elegant tables, and an indoor/outdoor bar just steps away. We then went upstairs for dinner, totally seamless, and SO beautiful! Our guests really enjoyed having a cocktail on the upstairs outdoor patio before dancing the night away on the large dance floor. The barn is wonderfully quaint and intimate, even with over 150 guests. The bridal suite was warm and inviting, a great space to put on makeup and style hair. They even had a beautiful basket full of last minute needs in case we forgot anything! The whole team’s preparation was spot on and, the attention to detail couldn’t have been better. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and picturesque the venue was. Picking the venue was the most important decision we made regarding our wedding, and going with Crystal Creek Farm was the BEST decision we could have made!!! We truly can’t recommend them enough, go with Crystal Creek Farm, you will be SO glad you did!!!

WOW!!!!! I am the owner of Moving N Grooving DJs and I have been hearing about this new venue in Crystal Lake that is amazing. I took a ride to find this place and amazing seems a little lackluster. This place is OUTSTANDING!!!! I showed up without an appointment and was greeted by a woman, Barb, who was as sweet as can be and she offered to show me the venue and property. This property is jaw-dropping. They have thought of everything when building this! There is easy access for vendors. There is proper power for us DJs (this is important) and there is a nice little staging area for caterers. The venue is laid out in such a way that is so perfect for a wedding and events. There is a deck that overlooks a pond and a downstairs cocktail lounge area that feels like you're in a fancy city lounge. AND Brides wait til you see the bridal suite so cute! If you are looking for a barn vibe and want an outstanding venue with great people behind it, be sure to schedule a tour with Barb. Chris

THIS IS IT....this is your wedding venue!! 10/10 Recommend!! The venue is a rustic barn that has been transformed into a refined space that is well equipped to fit 250+ people. The large windows allow for a bright and natural look during the day, while the twinkling lights above allow for a charming elegance at night. You know every nook of the barn was intentional, from the entry way with handicap access, to the spacious catering kitchen, to the outside/indoor downstair bar for cocktail hour. Now, some of my favorite parts (and what truly make this venue unique). It has wide sliding barn doors that can open, which is perfect for bridal party walk-outs or for a magical scene of dancing under the stars. There is also the option for air conditioning during those hot summer nights, which our guests really appreciated. Next, the grounds are absolutely stunning (see photos below)! You can take all of your wedding photos here because the grounds are walkable and so diverse (multiple barns, ponds, towering trees, and the perfect location for sunset photos). Lastly, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to get married at a venue where the people behind the scenes value and cherish marriage, and the team at Crystal Creek Farm truly do. Since the venue is family-owned and they are local, they can also provide valuable insight about the surrounding area and aid in finding other services you may need for your wedding. They went over and beyond to make our day special and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

My wife and I got married at Crystal Creek Farm on June 3, 2023. A key feature about this venue is its versatility. There are plenty of areas for fun, but also, it gives space for guests to escape the music, whether that is getting some fresh air on the back deck or grabbing a beer on the bottom level. There is also a great outside space for cocktail hour, and the grounds made for beautiful photos. It is large, but also intimate. Plus, the rustic vibes are amazing —original barn wood, high ceilings, twinkling lights. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a unique and great experience. It was perfect. Ps. The tractor is a crowd favorite.
